If you have IE5 you can save websites (rather than single pages) for offline viewing.

Open the homepage of the site, go to Favourites... Add to favourites... and click customise. You can then choose how many layers of links you want to save - Not quite (if you think about it) saving the site but it works. (It is quite slow if you are saving a big site, though)
