Some exercises to help children
develop Right - Left crossover abilities. Thanks to Amanda Benjamin.
A collection of spreadsheets (MS
Excel) to help work out average scores for athletics events.
Includes jumped and thrown distances, times taken, pulse rates and
numbers of repetitions. Could be useful for record keeping or for
sports day. Thanks to Martyn Fearn, who says that the sheets were
originally used as part of a cross curricular project for Y6 leavers
to investigate the truth of statements such as "boys are
fitter than girls". The zip file includes a short explanation
document.
